Frank Schuil – CEO & Founder Qubulus


Frank has founded several companies in the location-based services area:  IRL Connect  - a visual location based social network, Verbeterdebuurt – a location based citizen participation platform and Qubulus – an indoor positioning provider. He holds a BA in Media and Entertainment Management and focuses on the practical use cases for new technologies and their long and short term implications for consumers and businesses. His latest venture Qubulus has developed a software-only based indoor positioning solution that can both locate mobile devices and retrieve location data to show mobile flows for analytic purposes.
